Background

As part of our recommissioning process, we're reviewing how the Health Visiting Service is delivered and what it offers, to make sure it continues to meet the needs of children, young people, and families in West Berkshire and Reading

The Health Visiting Service supports families from pregnancy to a child's fifth birthday, offering trusted guidance on health and development. Delivered primarily through home visits, clinic appointments, and Well Baby Clinics by a team of health visitors and trained practitioners.
