Tovertafel

A photograph of people using the Tovertafel, an interactive piece of equipment, at Greenfield House Resource Centre
We are delighted to have purchased a tovertafel, which is a state of the art system designed specifically for the care setting, allowing people of all abilities to take part in interactive games and activities.

The tovertafel uses infrared technology, processors and speakers to provide stimulating and meaningful activity which helps meet customer's physical, social and cognitive needs as well as being a lot of fun!

Our customers are always very excited to use the tovertafel and it has quickly become a resource centre favourite. It is lovely seeing the staff and service users laughing and engaging with the product and seeing the way it brings people together. One of the games that has quickly become popular is called ladybirds which involves the players working together searching for ladybirds hidden under autumn leaves.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the staff, service users and local community for their generosity and fundraising efforts to make purchasing the tovertafel possible.
