Berkshire Care Directory

The Berkshire Care Directory is an independent publication produced by Octagon, funded through advertising by care providers. It offers general guidance on arranging care and lists care homes and home care agencies across Berkshire. Hard copies, PDF and e-book versions are supplied free of charge to West Berkshire Council and other Berkshire councils to distribute to self-funders. While Octagon aims to ensure the accuracy of the information at the time of publication, details may change. 

Inclusion in the publication does not imply endorsement by Octagon or West Berkshire Council, and neither can comment on the quality or range of services offered, including those listed or advertised.

Please note: If you choose a provider as a self-funder and later become eligible for council-funded care, West Berkshire Council may not be able to continue with your chosen provider due to differences between private and council-commissioned rates.
