Adoption of the Updated Stanford Dingley Design Statement

West Berkshire Council endorsed and adopted the updated Stanford Dingley Parish Design Statement on 26 March 2026. It is available to view online here. 

The updated Stanford Dingley Parish Design Statement replaces the original 2010 design statement and provides detailed context for existing policies in the West Berkshire Local Plan Review and, where appropriate, will be used as a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
