Neurodiversity services assessment (Autism)
Children who present with significant difficulties in social interaction, social communication and repetitive and restrictive behaviours that can't be attributed to other factors.
The Autism Team will accept autism diagnoses both from CAMHS and private practitioners.
To make a referral to CAMHS through the NHS, visit the Autism Assessment Team page on the Berkshire Healthcare NHS Trust website.
Referral criteria should be reviewed carefully and the pre-referral checklist should be completed before a referral is made.
