Home Repair Assistance Grants
Help with carrying out essential repairs and adaptations to your home.
Home Repair Assistance Grants (HRAs) are available for private tenants or home owners. They are intended to help eligible people carry out essential repairs to their home.
They are available up to a maximum of £5,000 per application. A maximum of two applications can be made per property in any five year period.
To be eligible, you must be in receipt of one means tested or disability related benefit, and have less than £5,000 to pay for adaptations or repairs.
