Empty homes represent a wasted housing resource.

West Berkshire Council may be able to offer advice or financial assistance to owners of empty properties in order to help bring them back into residential use.

If you own such a property, you may be eligible for a flexible loan to bring your empty property back into a habitable condition.

Please note that empty homes in West Berkshire may be liable for Council Tax.
