West Berkshire Council is delighted to announce that the last available commercial space at 4 The Sector in Newbury has been let.
The 19,262 square feet of space has been snapped up by Novuna Vehicle Solutions, part of Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc., one of the world's largest and most diversified financial groups, as one of their two UK-based office locations.
Novuna Vehicle Solutions is one of the UK's top 10 largest leasing companies with over 100,000 vehicles ranging from cars and vans to HGVs, trucks and plant equipment and more than 30 years' experience providing bespoke fleet finance and fleet management services for businesses and consumers across the UK.
They are supporting many of the UK's largest operator's transition from traditional fleets to a greener fleet mix through their unique end-to-end decarbonisation solutions for businesses, from vehicle leasing and management to infrastructure; leading the charge on electric vehicle adoption.
The Sector, which is part of the Council's successful commercial property investment portfolio, provides the highest quality modern offices while being cost effective and creating a low carbon footprint. The building offers Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) an energy efficient heating and cooling system and electric car charging points.
Councillor Ross Mackinnon, West Berkshire's Executive Member for Finance and Economic Development says,
"This is really great news. We're delighted by the arrival of Novuna. Newbury is a great place to live and work. That's why we've attracted the likes of Vodafone, Micro Focus, National Instruments and Celfinet."
Novuna Vehicle Solutions join Wates Construction who already have offices on the first floor of 4 The Sector.
