If you or someone you know needs help with their mental health there are a number of options available, these range from simple changes that you can make to your lifestyle to support and treatment from health services. This page explains what is available and how you can get help.
This is a forum for local people concerned with mental health - including those working for voluntary or statutory organisations - and users of mental health services and their carers.
The previous Newbury Local Implementation Team and the Mental Health Forum have merged to form one group - the Newbury Mental Health Focus Group.
This service is available for anyone who receives support from the Community Mental Health Teams CMHT in Newbury, Reading or Wokingham or is an in patient at Prospect Park Hospital. Mental Health Advocacy is an independent service and is confidential.
