Local Development Scheme (LDS)

The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is a three year project plan which explains what development plan documents (DPDs) will be included in the West Berkshire Local Development Framework (LDF).

The Council has produced a Local Development Scheme, which is available to download from the link on the right.   The purpose of the LDS is to explain what documents will be included in the West Berkshire LDF over the next few years, when each document will be produced, and when stakeholders and the public will be involved in the production of each document. It also explains the different status of documents within the LDF. A summary of our current proposals is outlined below.
