Under Section 88P of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998, Local Authorities are required to make an annual report to the adjudicator and also publish the report.
The School Admissions Code (the Code) also sets out the requirements for reports by local authorities to the adjudicator and paragraph 3.23 specifies what must be included in the report.
The requirements set out that a local authority in England must make such reports to the adjudicator about such matters connected with relevant school admissions as may be required by the code for school admissions and that the report must also be published.

The information provided is about all maintained schools in West Berkshire, including Community and Voluntary Controlled schools, Academies, Foundation and Voluntary Aided schools.
