Adult Home Care

Day services in West Berkshire are provided as Day Opportunities in the Community and Resource Centres. They provide care and support during the day for disabled, vulnerable and older people.

Lots of people require care, whether you're looking for a care home or some help in your own home you want to be sure that you are going to get a good quality service. Our Care Quality Officers work with providers in West Berkshire and surrounding areas to make sure that you can trust the service you receive is of a good quality.

If you have been ill or injured you may need help to manage at home when you are ready to leave hospital, or even avoid admission to hospital altogether.

There are a range of housing-related support and accommodation options for people who are disabled or vulnerable and who need care and support to live independently. Services can be provided either on-site in a supported housing scheme or as an outreach support service to you wherever you live.
