Parking charges apply at Newbury surface car parks 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday (not including public holidays). Evening charges apply in Newbury surface car parks everyday from 6pm to 8am.

There is no evening parking charge at the Northcroft lane West car park and daytime parking charges span from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. The car park is locked at 10.00 pm each day and re-opens at 7.15 am.
