Libraries

Welcome to West Berkshire Library Service. We have libraries in Newbury (our central service), Burghfield Common, Hungerford, Lambourn, Mortimer, Pangbourne, Thatcham, Theale and Wash Common. In addition we have mobile services stopping at over 260 locations throughout West Berkshire.

Everyone is welcome to use the services in our libraries but you need to be a member to borrow items from us.  You can borrow books for FREE but there is a small charge for some other items.  Click here for details.
